RT6908 为 TFT LCD 面板提供一套完整的可编程多功能电源解决方案。RT6908 内含一个用于主电源的升压转换器，以及用于为系统提供逻辑电压的降压控制器。此外，正电荷泵稳压器可提供可调式栅极高电压 V<sub>GH</sub>；负电荷泵稳压器可提供栅极低电压 V<sub>GL</sub>。AVDD、V<sub>GH</sub> 与 V<sub>GL</sub> 输出及电源时序可通过 I<sup>2</sup>C 接口进行编程设置。凭借其高电流能力，该器件非常适合采用 12V 供电电压的大尺寸显示器面板与 LCD TV 应用。RT6908 采用 WQFN-40L 5x5 封装。
