RT7083 是一款专为 PMSM（永磁同步电机）及 BLDC（无刷直流电机）应用设计的专用集成电路（ASIC）。该二合一 ASIC 集成多种功能电路，包括三相电机控制器、三相栅极驱动器、三个自举二极管（Bootstrap Diodes）、5V LDO，以及降压转换器（Buck Converter）。 RT7083 内置 ARM 32 位 Cortex-M0 内核及外围电路，可实现无传感器磁场定向控制（Sensorless Field Oriented Control，FOC）。此外，该 ASIC 集成多种系统级外围功能，包括 ADC、DAC、通信接口、SVPWM、看门狗定时器（Watchdog Timer）、电流检测、欠压锁定保护（UVLO）、短路保护（SCP）以及堵转保护（Locked-Rotor Protection），以减少元件数量、缩小 PCB 面积并降低系统成本。 此外，RT7083 可驱动外部 N 沟道 MOSFET，组成三组半桥（Three Half-Bridge）结构，并内置自举电路，支持最高 58V 工作电压。产品还内置死区时间控制（Dead Time Control）功能，可避免外部 N 沟道 MOSFET 出现直通（Shoot-Through）现象。 RT7083 采用 WQFN-48L（6mm × 6mm）封装。建议结温范围为 -40°C 至 125°C，环境温度范围为 -40°C 至 105°C。
