RT7235 是采用改进型固定导通时间（ACOT<sup>®</sup>）控制架构的同步 Buck 转换器，可从 4.5V~18V 的输入获得高达 5A 的电流输出。ACOT<sup>®</sup> 控制架构赋予其在广泛的负载范围内与各种陶瓷电容配合稳定工作的能力，尤其是与具有很低 ESR 的输出电容配合工作仍能确保其性能表现，同时还具有优化的瞬态响应能力。它们在输入、输出变化的情况下能保持基本恒定的工作频率，在整个负载范围内都具有极高的转换效率。通过在下桥 MOSFET 上进行精确的谷值电流检测，能在此基础上实现逐周期电流限制保护；外部可调的软启动可消除启动过程中的输入端冲击电流。它们还具有过热关机保护（RT7235）、输出欠压保护/过压保护（RT7235/36）。当UVP/OVP 被触发时，使用 TSSOP-14（含外露式散热焊盘）封装的器件会进入锁定模式，使用 WDFN-10L 封装的器件则进入打嗝模式。<br>RT7235/36 以 TSSOP-14（含外露式散热焊盘）、 WDFN-10L 两种封装形式供货，其中的 RT7235 是以强制连续导通模式工作的。<br>RT7239/40 以带有外露式散热焊盘的 SOP-8 封装供货，其中的 RT7239 是以强制连续导通模式工作的。
