RT7241 为 DDR3/DDR3L/LPDDR3/DDR4 内存系统提供了完整的电源供应，其集成了一个先进固定导通时间(ACOT)模式的同步降压型转换器和一个具有1.5A电流吐纳能力的追踪型线性稳压器。</br>其中的 PWM 转换器为笔记本电脑的 RAM 内存部分提供了将电池高电压转换为低压供电的高效率方案，具有低静态供应电流、优异的瞬态回应能力和极高的输出电压精度。它所采用的先进固定导通时间控制架构能很容易地面对很宽的输入/输出电压比率范围，并提供了一个非常快速的负载瞬态响应，无需外部补偿。</br>具有 1.5A 电流吐纳能力的线性稳压器仅需使用 10μF 的陶瓷电容即可维持其快速瞬态回应特性。RT7241 支持所有的睡眠状态控制功能：在S3状态下置 VTT 于高阻状态；在 S4/S5 状态下对 VDDQ、VTT 和 VTT进行放电操作。</br>RT7241 提供了完整的保护特性，包含过流保护、过压保护、欠压保护及热关机功能，其封装为 UQFN-18L 3x4 。
