RT7252系列为高效率的同步Buck转换器，工作频率为340kHz/800kHz，在4V至17V的输入电源范围可提供最高为2A的输出电流。RT7252采用电流模式架构，可优化瞬态响应的特性。逐周期电流限制保护组件免受输出短路影响；软启动功能可在启动过程中消除输入端电流冲击。故障保护包括输出欠压保护、输出过压保护、过热保护。低电流消耗(<5μA)之电源关机模式会将输出关闭，有助于电池供电系统的电源管理。RT7252支持 PSOP-8 的封装规格。
