RT7277是一款采用先进固定导通时间（ACOT™）模式控制的同步降压型 DC/DC 转换器。其实现了从 4.5V-18V 的输入电源提供 3A 输出电流的大功率密度。专有的 ACOT™ 模式能在大范围的负载和所有种类的陶瓷电容间提供最佳的瞬态响应，使装置采用非常低的等效串连电阻值输出电容，以确保性能的稳定性。此外，RT7277 在线路和负载变化时会维持一个相当固定的切换频率。可以进行 ACOT™ 模式操作的集成同步电源开关能在整个输出电流负载范围内提供高效率。逐周期电流限制可以根据低压侧金氧半场效晶体管的最小电流检测提供精确的保护。外部软启动设置能在启动期间消除输入电流浪涌。保护功能还包括输出欠压保护、输出过压保护和热关断。
