RT7300是以临界导通模式工作的主动式功率因子校正 (PFC) 控制器，设计用于AC-DC电源转接器、电子整流器和中功率转换器 (<300W)中，使之满足电网电流谐波调整的规范。由于采用临界导通模式和前馈控制技术，使之可在很宽的输入电压范围和输出功率范围内得到接近于1的功率因子。<br>以推拉输出电路构成的门极驱动器具有600mA电流输出能力和 800mA电流汲取 能力，这种强大的驱动能力使之可以驱动大功率的MOSFET，可以极大地提升转换效率。RT7300具有超低的启动电流 (≤20μA)，支持以禁止方式降低在待机状态下的功率消耗，使之很容易满足各种节能规范如Blue Angel、Energy Star和Energy 2000的要求。<br>它集成了输入欠压闭锁、输出过压保护、欠压保护和逐周期电流限制等完善的保护功能以得到强壮的设计，使用极少的外部组件即可得到具有成本效益的电源转换器功率因子校正方案。其封装为SOP-8。
