RT7757 系列产品的设计目标是与 RT7220D 相似之控制器一起工作以构成一个支持 USB PD 或可程控电源适配器的完整方案，它因采用零电压切换技术而具有很高的效率。<br>RT7757 通过使用一些创新的技术而带来很宽的输出电压范围，这些技术包括：(1)使用 DMAG 引脚对输出电压进行检测，据此调节环路增益实现系统稳定、调节输出过压保护阈值以保护外围元件、调节电流限制参数以满足受限电源的安全性需求；(2)纳入多种保护特性，如大电容 Brown-in/Brown-out 保护、VDD 过压保护、输出过压/欠压保护、次级整流器短路保护和外围过热保护等；(3)为实现输出定功率保护而在 CS 引脚连接一只电阻，它可在全输入电压范围内带来精确的输入补偿；(4)使用多种技术来应对次级侧器件如 RT7206 或分流调节器出现故障时可能出现的问题。在实际的应用中，建议在次级侧使用 RT7206 以确保设计的可靠性和安全性，以便在出现连接错误、电缆和插头座故障时不致出现严重问题。
