RT8004 是一款高效率同步降压 DC/DC 转换器。其输入电压范围为 2.7V 至 5.5V，可提供 0.8V 至 5V 的可调式稳压输出电压，并可输出高达 4.5A 的输出电流。<br /><br />内部功率开关具备 75mΩ 导通电阻，可提升效率并免除外部肖特基二极管的需求。开关频率可由外部电阻设置，或同步至外部时钟。100% 占空比可提供低压差运行，进而延长便携式系统的电池寿命。外部补偿可在宽广的负载与输出电容范围内优化瞬态响应。RT8004 以强制连续模式运行，可降低噪声与 RF 干扰。低压差运行中的 100% 占空比可进一步最大化电池寿命。
