RT8035 为一款高效率脉波宽度调变(PWM)的双通道同步降压型 DC/DC 转换器，于输入电压范围2.5V至6V内，可输出电流达800mA。RT8035适用于由单一锂电池供电的可携式电子装置，例如移动电话、PDA、PC WLAN卡与掌上型装置。 RT8035提供了三种操作模式:PWM模式、低压降模式与关机模式。内部的低R<sub>DS(ON)</sub>同步整流元件降低了操作在PWM模式的的导通损耗，不需外加萧特基二极管于实际设计中。RT8035当PWM操作时无法连续导通上端P-MOSFET时，进入低压降模式。当EN脚位为低电位时，进入关机模式，消耗电流小于0.1μA。由于操作在恒定频率1.25MHz，切换纹波可由较小封装的元件进行滤波设计，RT8035采用WDFN-10L 3x3的封装规格。
