RT8109为用于驱动两组N-MOSFET的单相同步降压型 DC/DC PWM 控制器，可提供高精确率、可设计的输出电压，可藉由内部的0.6V ±1%参考电压以因应低调节电压的需求。RT8109应用单反饋的PWM电压模式控制以因应快速的瞬时响应。高驱动能力使它适用于大输出电流应用，恒定的操作频率300kHz降低了所需外加电感与电容的元件大小并节省PCB面积。RT8109同时支持tracking mode和stand-alone loop control mode。Standalone mode简单，而tracking mode提供更佳的弹性。RT8109整合了过电流保护、过电压保护以及欠电压保护于WDFN-10L 3x3封装。
