RT8113 是集成了 MOSFET 驱动器的单相 Buck PWM 控制器，设计用于为先进的微处理器如 Atom 之内核供电或是作为显卡之电源供应器件，具有多相产品的相同特性，但把输出变成了单相以满足小电流系统之需要。它具有可调的工作频率、Power Good 指示、外部误差放大器补偿、过压保护、过流保护、电压下沉使能/禁止能力、外部可调偏移电压、加强的瞬态响应能力和使能/关机控制引脚等特性以优化其性能，可满足多种应用的需要。其封装为 WQFN-24L 4x4。
