RT8123 是一款高效率单相同步降压 DC/DC 控制器，具备 5V/12V 供电电压。在轻载条件下，此 IC 会自动以脉冲跳跃模式运行，以降低开关频率并提升转换效率。随着负载电流增加，RT8123 会离开脉冲跳跃模式，并以固定频率 PWM 在连续导通模式下运行。RT8123 内嵌具高驱动能力的 MOSFET 栅极驱动器，支持高达 12V 的驱动电压，适用于高输出电流应用。其他功能包括电源良好指示、外部误差放大器补偿、过压保护、过电流保护、启用 / 停用控制与内部软启动。凭借上述功能，此 IC 为客户提供具成本效益的高效率电源转换解决方案。RT8123 采用 WQFN-16L 3x3 封装。
