RT8206 是一款双通道开关模式降压控制器，用于电池供电系统中为逻辑电路部分提供电源供应。它包含了两组输出电压可为固定的 5V/3.3V 或可在 2V~5.5V 调节的 PWM 控制器。它还包含了一个固定输出电压为 5V 的线性稳压器，它具有 70mA 电流输出能力，并可自动切换到 BYP 作为它的输入。RT8206 包含内置的上电时序管理能力、电源正常状态输出和内置软起动电路，还有内置输出软放电功能可以避免关机期间的负电压问题。</br>它所使用的固定导通时间 (COT) 模式下的 PWM 控制逻辑无需使用电流检测电阻，在负载发生瞬态变化时具有 100ns 的响应速度，同时还能维持基本固定的开关切换工作频率。独特的超声工作模式总是将开关切换工作频率维持在 25kHz 以上以消除音频应用中的噪声。此外，它还具有二极管仿真模式 ( DEM )，这使它在轻负载条件下的效率能够最大化，而固定频率的 PWM 模式则可降低敏感应用中的射频干扰。</br>RT8206 的封装是 WQFN-32L 4x4。
