RT8293为高效率、单晶同步降压型DC/ DC转换器，在4.5V至23V的输入电源范围可提供最高为3A的输出电流。RT8293采用电流模式架构和外部补偿方式，可优化瞬时响应的特性。逐周期的电流限制保护组件免受输出短路影响；软启动功能可在启动过程中防止了输入电流过冲。RT8293同时提供输出欠压保护和过温保护。低电流消耗(<3μA)之电源关机模式会将输出关闭，有助于电池供电系统的电源管理。RT8293提供SOP-8 (裸露焊盘)封装。
