RT8462 是一款电流模式 PWM 控制器，专为高电流 LED 应用设计，可驱动外部 MOSFET。内置电流检测放大器，其检测门槛电压为 190mV，仅需通过一颗外部电流检测电阻即可设定 LED 驱动电流。RT8462 的最大输入工作电压可达 36V，输出电压最高可达 60V，因此非常适用于降压（Buck）、升压（Boost）及升降压（Buck-Boost）等拓扑应用。 开关频率可通过外部元件设定在 100kHz 至 1MHz 范围内，使系统能够使用更小尺寸的电感与电容，同时保持高转换效率。 调光功能支持模拟调光（Analog Dimming）和数字调光（Digital Dimming）两种方式。内置箝位比较器（Clamping Comparator）及滤波器，仅需搭配一颗外接电容，即可将数字信号转换为低噪声的模拟调光控制信号，从而简化系统设计。 RT8462 提供 SOP-14 及 WQFN-16L（3mm × 3mm）封装。
