RT8479 是一款两级式 LED 控制器，内置双功率 MOSFET，架构由第一级升压转换器和第二级降压转换器组成。此两级式拓扑可大幅提升对电子变压器的兼容性，并提供优异的功率因数表现，因此特别适用于 MR16 和 AR111 LED 照明应用。 第一级升压转换器负责提供稳定的恒压输出，并具备电感峰值电流过流保护功能，以提高系统安全性与可靠性。第二级降压转换器则通过峰值电流控制方式实现恒流输出，可提供精准的 LED 驱动电流控制。 RT8479 内置两组栅极驱动器，可直接驱动内部功率 MOSFET，进一步简化外围电路设计并降低系统成本。 RT8479 采用 SOP-8 裸露散热焊盘封装，可兼顾散热性能与小型化设计需求。
