RT8511是可驱动多达10只串联的 WLED 的驱动器，由集成了43V/2.2A功率开关的电流模式 Boost 转换器构成，工作频率为固定的500kHz，工作电压范围为2.7V~24V，其输出给LED的电流可由一只电阻进行设定，回馈电压为 200mV (典型值)。在其工作期间，LED的电流可经由 PWM 进行控制，其责任周期决定了参考电压的值。为了进行调光，RT8511可维持对 LED电流的稳定控制，不会在输出电容上生成音频噪声。它还具有可程序设计的过压保护引脚，可防止在LED开路期间的输出电压超过其绝对最大承受能力。RT8511的封装为WDFN-8L 2x2。
