RT8955 是一款 14 通道高压电平转换器，专为笔记本电脑显示器等应用而设计。该器件可将时序控制器输出的逻辑电平信号转换为显示面板所需的高压驱动信号，适用于 GOP TFT-LCD 面板应用。RT8955 采用小型 WQFN-28L 3.5mm × 3.5mm 封装，有助于节省 PCB 空间并提高系统集成度。 RT8955 专门用于产生 TFT-LCD 面板驱动所需的高压信号，提供多组输出通道，包括 STH1、STH2、LC1、LC2、CKH1 至 CKH8、DISCHARGE_VGL 以及 RESETOUT。这些输出信号可在 VGL 与 VGH 之间切换，以满足面板驱动需求。 此外，RT8955 内置复位功能。当 DETECT 引脚电压下降至放电门限时，所有输出通道将被拉至 VGH 电位，从而确保面板系统进入预定义的安全状态并提高系统可靠性。 建议结温范围为 -40°C 至 125°C，环境温度范围为 -40°C 至 85°C。
