RT9014 是双输出、低噪声、低压差的 300mA 线性稳压器，同时还有一个开漏驱动器和一个上电复位电路。开漏驱动器的电流汲取 能力为150mA，可用于驱动LED。</br>线性稳压器的输出电压范围为 1.2V~3.5V，输入电压范围为 2.5V~5.5V。</br>RT9014 的输出电压精度为 2%，具有极低的输入输出电压降 (240mV@300mA) 和很低的静态电流 (每路 27μA)，其关机电流几乎趋于0，是电池供电的便携式设备的理想之选。它的保护功能包括电流限制、输出短路保护和过温保护。</br>RT9014 采用了短路热折回保护方式。当因为输出端短路 (VOUT < 0.4V) 而发生热保护时，其过温保护触发温度从165°C下调至110°C，为最终用户提供最大限度的安全支持。</br>RT9014 可与很低容量的陶瓷输出电容的配合稳定工作，对 PCB 空间要求极低，使用成本低廉。</br>RT9014 的输出电压是固定的，其封装为 WDFN-10L 3x3 规格。
