RT9173 是简单好用、性价比高的高速线性调节器，被设计用于为符合 JEDEC SSTL_2 和 SSTL_18 规范的 DDR 内存系统或具有 HSTL 、 SCSI-2 和 SCSI-3 等接口的设备生成终端匹配电压。该调节器具有在 40mV 电压误差范围内动态吸入或是释出 2A （瞬态峰值 3A ）电流的能力，其输出电压能够精确地跟踪由两只外部电阻分压器所形成的 1/2V<sub>DDQ</sub> 电压或是其它希望的电压，该电压经由 REFEN 引脚输入至调节系统中。RT9173 内部包含了一个高速查分运算放大器，这成为它对线路/负载瞬态过程的超快速响应的支撑。它的其它特性包括了超低偏移电压、极好的负载调整特性、双向电流限制和内置的热关机保护。RT9173 以 PSOP-8 的表面贴片封装形式供货。
