RT9186 是一款低压差的线性稳压器，可以 160mV 的压差提供 500mA 的输出电流，是专门针对便携式、智慧设备设计的。<br>RT9186 可在 2.5V~5.5V 输入电压下工作，其内部由 P-MOSFET 构成调整管，这使得其静态电流仅有 190μA 即可满足稳压输出的需求。其预设输出电压版本包含最常见的电压需求（ 1.8V/2.5V/3.3V），获得其它电压值的最好做法是通过 ADJ 端子进行调节。<br>RT9186 在关机模式下的电流消耗仅有 0.1μA，可通过使能端控制其输出状态，它还含有Power Good指示功能。
