RT9199 是一款简单、具成本效益且高速的线性稳压器，专为在双倍数据率 (DDR) 存储器系统中产生终端电压而设计，以符合器件需求。此稳压器可主动灌入或供出高达峰值 2A（DDRII）或 1.5A（DDRIII）的电流，同时将输出电压调节在 20mV 以内。输出终端电压可通过两个外部电阻分压器精准调节，以跟踪 1/2V<sub>DDQ</sub>，或可通过外部强制 REFEN 引脚电压来设置所需的输出电压。RT9199 亦集成高速差动放大器，可在线路 / 负载瞬态中提供超快速响应。其他功能包括极低初始偏移电压、优异负载调节、双向限流与芯片内置热关断保护。RT9199 提供 SOP-8 与 SOP-8 (Exposed Pad) 表面贴装封装。
