RT9363 是小型、高效、高集成度的电荷泵型 LED 驱动器，它通过使用可工作在 x1/x1.5/x2 模式的电荷泵和低压差电流源实现高效率的转换工作。RT9363 可驱动最多3只白光 LED，稳定的电流源使它们的电流输出保持稳定一致。它使用了4位 DAC 进行亮度控制，用户可经 ISET 引脚选择使用外部 R<sub>SET</sub> 或内部 R<sub>SET</sub> 进行 LED 电流设定，对 LED 电流的调节则可通过在 EN 端施加脉冲信号予以实现，共有16级电流可供用户选择。用户可以设定的 LED 最大电流是 15mA~30mA ，通过将 ISET 连接至 V<sub>IN</sub> 可利用内部 R<sub>SET</sub> 将最大电流设定为 20mA 。RT9363 的工作电压范围为 2.8V~5.5V ，内部软起动电路可在上电期间和模式转换过程中有效地降低冲击电流。当芯片处于关机状态时，负载与 V<sub>IN</sub> 之间处于断开状态，关机期间的电流消耗小于 1μA。RT9363 的封装式 WDFN-10L 3x3。
