RT9468是用于便携式设备的开关模式单节锂离子/聚合物电池充电IC，集成了同步PWM控制器、功率MOSFET开关、输入电流检测与调节、高精度电压调节和充电终止机制。它使用集成化的充电电流检测电阻，支持USB OTG应用。它含有易于使用的直充功能，通过驱动外加的MOSFET通道形成直冲路径。它具有过压保护、过流保护和看门狗等保护功能。</br>RT9468的控制算法经过优化，可根据预充电、快速充电 (恒压充电和恒流充电) 等不同的充电模式改变充电参数，关键的充电参数可通过I<sup>2</sup>C接口进行程控。当电池电压跌落到内部预设的复充门限以下时，RT9468可重启充电过程。当外部电源撤除以后，RT9468自动进入睡眠模式以降低消耗。除此以外，RT9468还具有欠压保护、过压保护、温度调节和反向漏电保护等能力。</br>RT9468以WQFN-32L 4x4封装形式供货。</br>建议的接面温度范围为-40°C至125°C，而环境温度范围则为-40°C至85°C。
