RT9519 是一款集成式单节锂离子电池充电器，具备自动电源路径管理 (APPM)。无需外部 MOSFET。当电源移除时，RT9519 会进入睡眠模式。充电任务通过控制算法进行优化，可改变充电速率，包括预充电模式、快速充电模式与恒压模式。对于 RT9519，充电电流亦可通过外部电阻进行编程设置，并可通过外部 GPIO 修改。可通过外部 GPIO 修改电池调节电压的范围取决于电池温度。内部热反馈电路会调节芯片温度，以针对所有环境温度优化充电速率。当充电电流降低至 10% x I<sub>CHG_FAST</sub> 的终止电流时，充电任务一律会在恒压模式下终止。其他功能包括 VIN 供电的欠压保护与过压保护。<br /><br />建议结温范围为 −40°C 至 125°C，而环境温度范围为 −40°C 至 85°C。
