RT9532 是全集成的单节锂离子电池线性充电 IC，适合便携式产品使用。它以优化的控制算法完成充电任务，计有预充、快充和恒压充三种充电模式。其输入端最高耐压为 28V，当输入电压超过其过压保护阈值时，充电 MOSFET 开关被关闭，避免造成芯片过热的状况。RT9532 的最大充电电流由一只外部电阻进行设定。在用于 USB 应用时，可通过 EN/SET 端将电流设定为 100mA/500mA。在工厂模式下，RT9532 可容许 4.2V 或 4.35V/2.3A 的输出以支持系统工作。它也提供一个 50mA 的低压差线性稳压器为外围电路供电。其内部热反馈电路对内核温度进行调节，使之在任何环境温度下都能以最佳速率进行充电。它具有输入端欠压保护、过压保护和针对电池的过热保护，其封装为 WDFN-10L 3x2。
