RT9535 是采用恒流或恒压方式对单节或多节锂离子电池、镍氢电池和镍镉电池进行快速充电的控制器。最大充电电流是由外部电阻进行设定的，最高恒压输出可高达22V，其精度为0.5%。充电期间从适配器吸取的电流由第三个控制回路进行限制，这可确保在设备连续工作的情况下以最快的速率对电池进行充电，同时又不超出适配器的负载能力。RT9535 可以低达 0.4V 的最小压差对 2.5V~22V 的电池进行充电。当充电电流下降到满幅度充电电流的 17% 以下时，一个逻辑输出可以指示出已经完成充电。RT9535 的封装是 WQFN-24L 4x4 。
