RT9807 是用于微处理器（MCU）和数字系统供电监控的、具有抖动消除手动复位功能的微功耗电压检测器，其内建的恒定电压检测阈值范围为 1.2V~3.3V，间距为 0.1V，可满足大多数数字应用系统的需要。RT9807 的电流消耗仅有 3μA，它通过对 VDD 端的电压进行监测并在其低于预设阈值时输出复位信号完成监控功能，复位信号的时间长度是可以通过外接电容进行调节的。当 VDD 电压恢复到默认阈值以上后，复位信号还会有效并延迟至由电容设定的时间以后再释放。当需要使用手动复位功能时，仅需使手动复位输入端 MR 的电压低于规定的逻辑低电平即可使复位端输出低电平信号。RT9807 的封装是 SOT-23-5。
