RT9817 是供微处理器或数字式系统进行电源电压监测的微功耗电压检测器，同时带有含抖动滤除能力的手动复位功能。其检测阈值是内部固定的，可在 1.2V~5V 间以 0.1V 为级距进行选择，可满足绝大多数数位式应用系统的需要，工作中的耗电仅有 3μA。其电压监测功能通过在检测到 VDD 端电压低于预设阈值是送出复位信号来实现，该复位信号在 VDD 电压恢复以前将一直维持有效，在 VDD 电压越过检测阈值以后还要维持一定的时间以后才会释放。需要认为产生复位信号时，只需人为地使 MR 手动复位段的电压低于 VIL 电平即可。RT9817 的封装形式有 SC-82 和 SOT-143。
