RT9818 是一款微功耗电压检测器，设计用于监控微处理器 (μP) 或数字系统的电源供应电压电平。它提供内部固定阈值电平，并以 0.1V 为增量，范围从 1.2V 至 5V，覆盖大多数数字应用。此器件具备 3μA 的低供电电流。当 VDD 电压低于预设阈值电平时，RT9818 会送出复位信号以执行监控功能。此复位信号会持续到 VDD 恢复并超过阈值电平为止，之后复位信号会在一段延迟时间后解除。RT9818 采用 SC-82、SC-70-3、SOT-23-3、SOT-23-5 与 SOT-89 封装。建议结温范围为 −40°C 至 125°C，环境温度范围为 −40°C 至 85°C。
