RT9999 是一款高度集成的电源管理 IC（PMIC），专为数码相机（DSC）应用而设计，内置 7 路开关式 DC/DC 转换器、一组通用 LDO、一组低静态电流 Keep Alive LDO、具备防止备用电池反向漏电功能的切换开关，以及实时时钟（RTC）。RTC 包含时间计数器和 32768Hz 振荡器，可提供精确的时间管理功能。 RT9999 集成的 DC/DC 转换器包括：一组可在异步 PFM 或同步 PWM 模式下工作的低电压升压转换器、一组电流模式同步升降压（Buck-Boost）转换器、两组同步降压转换器、一组带负载断开功能的高电压同步升压转换器（用于 CCD+）、一组异步负压转换器（用于 CCD-），以及一组可在同步升压模式或恒流模式下工作的 WLED 驱动器。所有功率 MOSFET 和补偿网络均已内置，可简化系统设计并减少外围元件数量。 RT9999 通过 I²C 接口设置电源启动时序、输出电压、WLED 电流及调光等级，同时也可通过 I²C 访问 RTC 计数器并进行振荡器微调。 RT9999 提供完整的保护功能，包括过电流保护、欠压保护、过压保护、过温保护及过载保护，以提高系统可靠性和安全性。 RT9999 采用 WQFN-40L（5mm × 5mm）封装。
