RTQ2130是专门针对汽车应用进行了优化的0.7A电流模式同步Buck转换器，可在3V至36V输入电压范围内工作，能承受高达42V的瞬态冲击，可简化输入级的冲击保护设计。它的输出电压可在0.8V至V<SUB>IN</SUB>之间进行设定，使用峰值电流控制模式，补偿电路非常简单，可以使用小型电感，具有很快的瞬态响应速度和很好的环路稳定性。</br>RTQ2130具有完备的保护功能设计，如输入欠压锁定保护、输出欠压保护、过流保护和热关机保护，其逐周期电流限制保护能确保输出短路情况下的安全，还有软起动设计可以消除启动期间的输入电流冲击。RTQ2130的封装形式为WDFN-8SL 2x3。</br>建议结面温度范围为-40°C 至 150°C
