RTQ2513是大电流 (3A)、低噪声 (7μV<SUB>RMS</SUB>)、高精度 (1%，全输入、负载、温度范围内) 的低压差线性稳压器，可以超低压差（最大180mV）提供高达3A的负载能力。其输出电压可以通过引脚间的铜箔连接进行选择 (最高3.65V)，无需使用外部电阻分压网络，因而可以减少组件总数。设计师也可通过使用外部电阻分压器的形式获得更高输出电压。器件支持的最低输入电压可达1.1V，具有非常广泛的使用范围。</br>低噪声、高电源纹波抑制比和大电流负载能力使得RTQ2513成为对电源噪声很敏感的器件如模拟-数字转换器ADC、数字-模拟转换器DAC和射频器件的理想供电器件。借助其高精度、遥测能力和能降低冲击电流的软起动能力，RTQ2513是数字式负载如FPGA、DSP和ASIC的理想供电器件。</br>其外部使能控制信号和Power Good指示功能使时序控制变得容易。其NR/SS端外加的旁路电容可强化其输出噪声抑制能力。器件确保其可以在T<SUB>J</SUB> = -40°C~125°C的温度范围内符合其规格，其供货封装为WQFN-20L 3.5x3.5。
