RTQ2588 是一款高精度、低静态电流的车规级复位监控 IC。RTQ2588 提供出厂预设的电压监测选项，其中 0.5V 至 1.1V 范围以 50mV 为步进，1.2V 至 5V 范围以 0.1V 为步进，可覆盖大多数汽车电子应用需求。产品具备过压和欠压窗口电压监测功能，出厂可选择 ±4%、±5%、±7% 或 ±9% 的监测阈值，且静态电流低至 3.5μA。RTQ2588 无需外接分压电阻即可进行电压检测，不仅能够保持高精度性能，还可帮助系统设计人员缩小方案尺寸并降低整体成本。此外，产品提供手动复位（MR）和电容定时（CT）功能，可简化系统设计。针对汽车功能安全应用，RTQ2588 内置自检（BIST）机制，可提升系统潜在故障指标（LPFM）评分。RTQ2588 已通过 AEC-Q100 Grade 1 认证，并属于立锜车用品质管理（QM）产品。其采用 WDFN-6L 1.5mm × 1.5mm（COL）封装，推荐结温范围及环境温度范围均为 −40°C 至 125°C。
