RTQ2822 是一款高性能同步降压转换器（Synchronous Step-Down Converter），输入电压范围为 4.5V 至 17V，最大可提供 15A 输出电流。产品集成低导通电阻（RDS(ON)）功率 MOSFET、精准的 0.6V 基准电压以及自举电路所需的内置二极管，可提供紧凑的电源解决方案。 RTQ2822 采用先进固定导通时间控制（Advanced Constant On-Time，ACOT®）架构，可提供超高速瞬态响应，同时进一步减少外围元件数量。在稳态工作下，ACOT® 控制能够在输入电压、负载及输出电压变化范围内保持近乎固定的开关频率，从而简化 EMI 滤波器设计。 该产品提供多项功能以提升设计灵活性，包括可选择的开关频率、电流限制等级及 PWM 工作模式，使 RTQ2822 能轻松应用于各种不同系统需求。此外，产品提供独立的使能控制（EN）输入及 Power Good 指示信号，便于实现电源时序控制。 为了控制启动期间的浪涌电流，RTQ2822 提供可编程软启动功能，只需在 SS 引脚外接电容即可设定启动时间。产品同时集成完善保护机制，包括逐周期限流保护（Cycle-by-Cycle Current Limit）、输出欠压保护（UVP）、输入欠压锁定保护（UVLO）以及过温保护（OTP），确保系统安全可靠运行。 RTQ2822 采用增强散热型 VQFN-18L 3.5mm × 3.5mm（FC）封装。
