RTQ2823 是具有 8A 负载能力的高性能同步 Buck 转换器，输入电压范围为 4.5V~17V，集成了低 R<SUB>DS(ON)</SUB> MOSFET 功率开关、0.6V 高精度参考电压源和自举二极管，形成了极其紧凑的电压转换解决方案。<BR>RTQ2823 采用 ACOT<sup>®</sup> 控制架构，具有超快速的瞬态响应能力，外围元件数量少，在整个输入、输出范围内的稳定工作频率基本保持不变，易于设计与之相关的 EMI 滤波器。<BR>器件提供多种功能以提高设计的灵活性，其工作频率可选，电流限制阈值可调，可选择 PWM 工作模式，可以满足很多应用的需求。独立的使能控制输入和 Power Good 指示输出可为时序控制提供方便，通过一只电容即可调节的软起动设计可消除启动期间的电流冲击，有多种保护功能如逐周期电流限制保护、过压保护、欠压保护、输入欠压锁定保护和过热保护等。<BR>RTQ2823 的封装形式为热性能良好的晶核倒装 VQFN-18L 3.5x3.5(FC)。
