RTQ2838 是一款高性能同步降压转换器（Synchronous Step-Down Converter），输入电压范围为 4V 至 18V，最大可提供 8A 输出电流。该器件集成低导通电阻（RDS(ON)）功率 MOSFET、精准的 0.5V 基准电压以及自举电路所需的内置二极管，可提供紧凑的电源解决方案。 RTQ2838 采用内部补偿的快速电流模式控制（Fast Current Mode, FCM）架构，可提供快速瞬态响应，并进一步减少外围元件数量。FCM 控制能够在输入电压、负载及输出电压变化范围内保持真正固定的开关频率，从而简化 EMI 滤波器设计。 该产品提供多种功能以提升设计灵活性。可选择的开关频率使 RTQ2838 能满足不同应用需求；独立的使能（EN）控制引脚及 Power Good 指示信号便于实现电源时序控制；内置展频调制（Spread-Spectrum Frequency Modulation）功能，则有助于改善系统 EMI 表现。 RTQ2838 还集成了完整的保护功能，以提高系统可靠性，包括输入欠压锁定（UVLO）、逐周期限流（Cycle-by-Cycle Current Limit）、输出过压保护（OVP）、输出欠压保护（UVP）、过温保护（OTP），以及可选择的软启动时间，用于控制启动期间的浪涌电流。 RTQ2838 采用增强散热型 WQFN-14L 3mm × 2.5mm（FC）封装。建议结温范围为 -40°C 至 150°C。
