RTQ3700 是一款用于 Voltage Regulators (VR) 的全数字 PWM 控制器，并可支持多达 4 个电源轨。RTQ3700 采用立锜专有拓扑，即全数字自适应 PID 补偿环路，以实现快速动态响应与精准 droop 控制。它兼容于立锜的 Smart Power Stage (SPS)，可通过最少外部元件、低功耗与低成本完成多相 VR 解决方案。RTQ3700 支持灵活相位分配。多相 PWM 触发顺序可通过 PMBus 接口进行编程设置，有助于主板设计并降低布局复杂度。RTQ3700 采用 Smart Phase Management (SPM) 技术，并具备可编程电流阈值与迟滞，可在轻载至满载范围内优化系统效率。RTQ3700 集成精准 analog-to-digital converter (ADC)，可进行多重信号遥测，包括系统输入电压、输入功率、每个电源轨的输出电流与温度。芯片内嵌 Non-Volatile Memory (NVM)，可存储六组定制化设置。RTQ3700 亦支持故障检测，包括控制器欠压锁定 (UVLO)、VR 输出过压保护 (OVP)、VR 输出欠压保护 (UVP) 与 VR 输出过电流保护 (OCP)。建议结温范围为 −40°C 至 125°C。
