RTQ5765 是一款同步降压开关稳压器（Synchronous Buck Switching Regulator），输入电压范围为 2.5V 至 5.5V，可提供最高 3A 的输出电流，且输出电压可调至高于 0.6V 的范围。 RTQ5765 采用先进固定导通时间控制（Advanced Constant On-Time，ACOT®）架构，可快速且稳定地调节输出电压，特别适用于负载变化迅速的应用。ACOT® 架构能够有效减少外围元件数量，简化设计流程并降低整体系统成本，使 RTQ5765 成为兼具高效率与经济效益的电源管理解决方案。 该产品提供独立的使能控制（EN）输入引脚及 Power Good 状态指示信号，便于实现电源时序控制。此外，为控制启动期间的浪涌电流，产品支持通过 SS 引脚外接电容实现可编程软启动功能，确保平稳且受控的上电过程。 RTQ5765 内置完善的保护功能，包括输入欠压锁定保护（UVLO）、输出欠压保护（UVP）、输出过压保护（OVP）、过电流保护（OCP）及过温保护（OTP），可提高系统可靠性并避免异常情况造成损坏。此外，产品还具有逐周期限流保护（Cycle-by-Cycle Current Limit Protection），可有效保护输出短路情况下的系统安全。 RTQ5765 采用小型 SOT-583（FC）封装，可提供更高的设计灵活性与节省空间优势，适用于各类系统设计。 建议结温范围及环境温度范围均为 -40°C 至 125°C。
