RTQ6341 是一款 1.5A、高效率、峰值电流模式控制异步降压转换器。此器件可在 4V 至 42V 的输入电压下运行。此器件可将输出电压设置于 0.8V 至 VIN 之间。低静态电流设计搭配集成式低 R<sub>DS(ON)</sub> 高侧 MOSFET，可在宽负载范围内实现高效率。峰值电流模式控制搭配简单外部补偿，可使用小型电感，并实现快速瞬态响应与良好环路稳定性。100kHz 至 2500kHz 的宽开关频率，可在选择输出滤波元件时优化效率与尺寸。超低最小导通时间可在极高降压比下仍维持固定频率运行。对于开关噪声敏感的应用，它可从外部同步于 300kHz 至 2200kHz。RTQ6341 提供完整保护功能，例如输入欠压锁定、输出欠压保护、输出过压保护、过电流保护与热关断。逐周期电流限制可针对输出短路提供保护，而软启动可消除启动期间的输入电流浪涌。RTQ6341 采用 WDFN-10SL 3x3 与 SOP-8 (Exposed pad) 封装。
