RTQ7892 是一款 USB Type-C Power Delivery（USB PD）及 PWM 降升压转换器，内置低侧 MOSFET，专为 USB PD 供电端应用提供高度集成的功能与设计灵活性。该 IC 内嵌 ARM Cortex-M0 MCU，可处理通信协议、PWM 转换器智能控制、固件式保护机制及定制化功能等多项任务。此外，芯片还具备硬件式保护功能，包括电感峰值电流限制、VBUS 过压保护（VBUS OVP）、VIN 欠压保护（VIN UVP）、VIN 过压保护（VIN OVP）、输出欠压保护（VO UVP）及 VCONN 过电流保护，即使 MCU 尚未启动，保护功能仍可快速且可靠地运行。RTQ7892 仅需极少外围元件及简洁的 PCB 布局，即可提供完整且优异的 USB PD 供电解决方案。RTQ7892 采用 WQFN7x7-62 封装。建议结温范围为 -40°C 至 150°C，环境温度范围为 -40°C 至 125°C。
