RTQ8310 是一款 48 通道高精度恒流 LED 驱动器，内置 12 位 PWM 控制功能，专为 LED 背光时序扫描应用而设计。产品集成 48 组独立且高度灵活的 PWM 发生器，可针对每个通道分别控制 12 位亮度调节及 LED 驱动电流，实现精确且细腻的背光控制效果。 RTQ8310 内置一组高精度 8 位全局电流设定器，用于设置 LED 峰值电流。此外，每个通道均配备独立的 8 位电流调节器，可单独提升或降低 LED 驱动电流，特别适用于高动态对比显示应用，以提升亮度表现和画面质量。 每个恒流吸收通道最高可提供 60mA 驱动电流，并可通过寄存器在 5mA 至 60mA 范围内进行调节。RTQ8310 可提供高达 ±2% 的通道电流精度，确保各背光区域亮度一致性。 产品支持局部分区调光与全局调光功能，各通道 PWM 可独立设置占空比、周期及延迟时间，提供高度灵活的背光控制方式。此外，RTQ8310 内置动态余量控制功能，可向 DC-DC 电源控制环路提供反馈信号，动态调节输出电压，在满足 LED 驱动需求的同时提升整体系统效率。 RTQ8310 还具备 LED 开路与短路保护功能。当任一通道发生开路或短路异常时，故障指示引脚会输出异常信号，并自动关闭对应通道，从而提高系统可靠性和保护能力。 RTQ8310 采用 WQFN-72L 8mm × 8mm 封装，可有效节省 PCB 空间并提供高度集成的背光驱动解决方案。建议结温范围为 -40°C 至 150°C，环境温度范围为 -40°C 至 125°C。
