RTQ8825 是采用 G-NAVP<SUP>™</SUP> (Green Native Adaptive Voltage Positioning) 控制架构的双输出多相控制器，其中之一为 3/2/1/0 相同步 Buck 控制器（A 组），另一组为 2/1/0 相同步 Buck 控制器（B 组）。G-NAVP<SUP>™</SUP> 是立锜在有限增益误差放大器为基础的电流模式控制架构上发展出来的专有架构，具有易于设定输出电压随载下降参数之特性以满足各种 CPU、处理器对 AVP（Adaptive Voltage Positioning, 自适应电压调节)特性之需求。以此为基础，RTQ8825 具有全新的 AQR (Adaptive Quick Response) 快速响应机制以优化其在负载瞬变期间的 AVP 性能，缩减了对输出电容的需求。通过使用 PMBus 传输之指令的设置，RTQ8825 可以四种不同的电压改变速度支持 VID 动态变化，其 D/A 转换器可以 1.953mV 的级间压差将 VOUT_COMMAND 编码变换为 0.25V~1.516V 的输出电压。RTQ8825 内建有高精度的 A/D 转换器，通过它可完成一些基础功能如补偿类型、PMBus 地址、启动电压和负载线参数的设定。它具有 RESET Vout 功能，输出电压可在 RESET# 端出现低电平以后被改变到预先设定的 VBOOT 参数值上。它提供 VR_Ready 和过热指示信号，同时具有包括过压保护、欠压保护、慢过流、快过流、过热和欠压锁定等完善的保护功能，许多功能均可通过 I<sup>2</sup>C/PMBus 接口进行设定。
