RTQ9154 是一款超低输出噪声、高效率的四通道 Class-D 音频功率放大器。在汽车应用中，于 14.4V 电源条件下，可向 4Ω 负载提供 4 × 27W 输出功率（THD+N = 10%）。产品可在最高 2.1MHz 输出开关频率下实现超过 86% 的功率效率，不仅有助于提升音频清晰度，也能以更小的 PCB 面积实现成本优化设计。 此外，RTQ9154 的开关频率可设置在 AM 广播频段以上或以下。设置在 AM 频段以上时，可避免 AM 频段干扰并降低输出滤波器尺寸与成本；设置在 AM 频段以下时，则可进一步优化系统效率。 RTQ9154 可通过 I²C 总线接口进行完整功能配置，并具备专为汽车应用设计的全面诊断功能。 产品内置多重保护机制，包括热折返保护（Thermal Fold-Back）、过温保护（OTP）、过电流保护（OCP）、过压保护（OVP）及欠压保护（UVP），并可报告故障状态信息。 RTQ9154 为三线制数字音频器件，所有时钟均由外部提供，支持标准 I²S 与 TDM（Time-Division Multiplexing）音频格式，输入采样率范围覆盖 32kHz 至 192kHz。 本产品采用 56 引脚 RTSSOP 封装，裸露散热焊盘（Exposed Thermal Pad）朝上设计。 建议结温范围为 -40°C 至 150°C，环境温度范围为 -40°C 至 125°C。
