RT1737 是高度集成的 USB-C 型埠保护 IC，为 SBU、DP、DM、CC 提供了符合 IEC-61000-4-2 标准的 ESD 保护单元，能在它们与临近的 VBUS 接触并存在高压时及时切断信号开关以实现保护，可承受的最高电压为 28V。其 USB 2.0 规格的资料开关可被配置以支援 SDP、DCP 和 CDP 应用。</br>RT1737 集成有 SBU 信号的双工开关，可支援调试模式、工厂模式等应用。其 VCONN 开关具有 OVP、OCP、RVP、RCP、UVP 等保护功能。RPD_CC1/CC2 引脚可在电池失效模式下当作 Rd 引脚使用，其功能独立于 CC1 和 CC2，为使用者系统的设计提供了灵活性。</br>RT1737 以 WQFN-32L 5x5 封装出货。
