RT1738A 是 USB-C 型接口过压保护 IC，可将 CC/SBU 端子从与相邻 VBUS 端子的短路事件中可能接触的 3.3V~21V PD 传输电压可能带来的危害里保护下来，其保护能力最高可达 28V。</br>RT1738A 还根据 IEC61000-4-2 对静电接触放电防护的要求对 CON_CC1/CON_CC2 提供 ±8KV、对 CON_SBU1/CON_SBU2 提供 ±6KV 的静电放电防护能力。CON_CC1/CON_CC2 对电压冲击的防护能力达 ±35V，其过压保护的响应速度达 60ns，可确保系统芯片在应用中的安全。</br>RT1738A 的封装形式为 WQFN 3x3。
