RT1986 提供理想二极体反向电流阻断功能，具备低正向压降以及可用于断开控制的使能输入。其 3.4V 至 23V 的输入工作范围及 5.5A 连续电流额定值，使其非常适合多埠 USB-C Sink 电流应用。此外，本产品具备 28V 绝对最大额定值（AMR）、15A 峰值电流能力（最长 10ms）、欠压锁定（UVLO）、过压保护（OVP）以及过温保护（OTP）功能。可调式软启动电路可设定输出电压上升速率，并管理大电容负载的涌入电流。在此期间亦提供短路保护功能，而内建 MOSFET 可实现低正向压降及高安全工作区域（SOA）性能。RT1986 采用 VDFN-12TL 3x3 封装，接面温度工作范围为 -40°C 至 125°C。
