RT2070是高度集成的低功耗、高性能类比SOC，具有PMIC (电源管理IC) 在一单晶片设计用于工业/汽车应用。</br>RT2070 PMIC包含一路高压同步降压DC/DC转换器、两路低压同步降压DC/DC转换器、一路低压降LDO和一路负载开关具有软启动控制及电流限制。所有的功率MOS是整合的，内置补偿网络。</br>RT2070还使用I<SUP>2</SUP>C介面来设置电源开/关、序列和放电功能功率的定时，及包括电源良好指示器 (PGOOD)。</br>RT2070是AEC-Q100 1级合格的汽车级产品，并提供故障保护，包括过电流保护，欠压锁定，过压保护和过温保护。
