RT2101A 是高效率的降压转换器，可在 2.95V~6V 输入电压范围内工作，具有 3A 电流负载能力。<BR>RT2101A 在全负载范围内的输出电压精度为 ±2.5%；其工作频率为 2MHz，容许使用小尺寸的电感；其集成化开关的导通阻抗为 45mΩ，静态电流消耗为 550μA，使其效率达到了最优化。<br>RT2101A 的欠压锁定保护电压为 2.7V，通过对 EN 端外接电阻网路的可间接实现欠压锁定电压的调节。<br>RT2101A 具有电感电流限制保护、欠压锁定保护和过热关机保护等功能，其过热保护温度阈值为 145°C。<br>RT2101A 采用 WQFN-16L 3x3 封装供货。
